You can greatly expedite the check in process by completing the appropriate form.  Bring it with you when you drop off your pet.  On the wellness or new client form, if you are not certain of which vaccinations are due , the customer service representative will be happy to assist you. If you do not have previous vaccine history from your former veterinarian,  please provide us with their name and phone number.  In this way we can contact them, update our records and be sure not to duplicate services.
