Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience we offer 'drop-off' appointments at our Panther Creek location. A 'drop off' appointment means you bring your pet in the morning on your way to work and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours . You will be given an medical treatment plan (estimate) at the time of the drop-off. Our doctor can examine the patient in between appointments or at a time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, we will give you a call to give you discharge instructions or to discuss any other issues. We offer drop-offs beginning at 7am Monday through Friday for your convenience.
